In order to provide the core functionality of tracking sedentary periods and sending reminders, the App requests and uses the following permissions and data:

• Physical Activity Data (ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION permission): The App uses this permission to access the device's step counter and detect physical activity. This data is used exclusively to determine whether you have been active or sedentary so that the App can automatically dismiss or prevent unnecessary notifications.
• Foreground Service Health Data: The App runs a continuous background service (using the FOREGROUND_SERVICE and FOREGROUND_SERVICE_HEALTH permissions) to monitor your steps in real-time.

3. How We Use and Store Your Data

All physical activity and step data is processed entirely locally on your device.

• We do not transmit your health or activity data over the internet.
• We do not store this data on any external servers or databases.
• We do not sell, share, or disclose any of your data to third parties, advertisers, or analytics services.

The data is only kept in the device's temporary memory for the sole purpose of operating the sedentary reminder logic and is discarded when no longer needed.

4. Notifications

The App uses the POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission to send you local reminders when you have been inactive for a specified period. These notifications are generated locally on your device without communicating with any external servers.

5. Security and Data Deletion

Because your data never leaves your device, it remains as secure as your device itself. You have full control over your data. You can delete any locally stored preferences or history at any time by:

1. Uninstalling the App.
2. Clearing the App's storage and cache from your Android device's Settings menu.

6. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
